After saying goodbye to all the friends...

I flew out of New York and into Quito!

Here´s a pic of the first afternoon. The clouds tend to gather in the afternoon and sometimes there´s a little rain. It´s hard to capture the true quality of the light but here´s the general idea...

And here it is during the day- what a difference!

Here is the street that I live on:And here is mi casa. My familia lives on the second and third floors. My bedroom window is the set of three panes second from the top.
